Davco Render Fine ECO is an environmentally friendly, high performance premixed plaster. Davco Render Fine ECO is based on our traditional formulation, and further developed to minimise the impact on the environment. It is an excellent plaster that provides superior bonding to concrete substrate and brickwork surfaces. Davco Render Fine ECO comprises of Ordinary Portland Cement, polymers, graded sand, approved recycled material and chemical additives to provide a durable plaster for both internal and external use. Davco Render Fine ECO is recognized by Singapore Environment Council under their Green Label Scheme and is specially formulated to meet with stringent requirements.

Davco Render Fine ECO is an extremely versatile material highly recommended for bedding, pointing brickwork and blockwork, backing and bedding for wall tiles. It is also recommended for internal and external plastering. Davco Render Fine ECO is suitable for all types of concrete substrate, lightweight autoclaved aerated blocks, brickwall and blockwall.

Davco Sanitized^® Coloured Grout ECO (CFG) is an environmentally friendly, premium grade, cementitious tile grout that is approved by the Singapore Environment Council under their Green Label Scheme.

Davco Sanitized^® Coloured Grout ECO (CFG) is  designed for use in most type of ceramic tile and natural stone applications. It is specially formulated as a single part waterproofed tile grout for ease of use and produced with specially selected Portland cements, graded aggregate and high quality imported pigments for greater durability.

Davco Sanitized^® Coloured Grout ECO (CFG) has  excellent  resistance  to  a  broad  spectrum  of  fungal, algae  and  bacteriological degradation as well as good stain, water and chemical resistant properties.

USES

• Available in wide range of colours to fill joints between tiles and stones.
• Use unsanded for joints between 1 - 4mm. Use sanded for joint above 4mm.
• Used in intended hygienic conditions such as hospitals,    kitchens, food preparation areas.

DESCRIPTION 

Davco High Grade Grout 100 is a premium high strength cementitious non-shrink grout, for pressure grouting. It is formulated with specially selected additives and fillers to provide a non-shrink free flowing grout with high strength performance. 

USES

Davco High Grade Grout 100 can be used in all grouting situation where shrinkage is undesirable and high grout strength up to 100 N/mm² is required.

Primary uses are : bedding, filling and grouting applications where complete filling of voids with a high strength non-shrink material is required. It can be  used  for spiral connector and  underplate  grouting, repairs to precast concrete, bedding bearing plates, anchor bolt fixing, cable grouting and crane rail assembly. 

Davco K10 GRS 2000 is a liquid applied polyurethane elastomeric seamless waterproofing membrane.

Davco K10 GRS 2000 contains a specially formulated root resistance inhibitor, which  prevents the waterproof membrane being perforated by vegetation.

Davco K10 SolarTAC is a cost effective heat shielding coating that uses  advanced  insulation  technology  to reduce the interior  temperature  of   buildings. Davco K10  SolarTAC is   specially  formulated   with   fine  spherical  particles that  minimises  surface   temperature on   roof  and  walls  by  reflecting a large  percentage of  the  radiant heat  energy  before  it penetrates the building. This lowers interior temperature and reduces energy cost for cooling the building.

Davco Floor Bond is a thick  bed  cement based tile adhesive specially  formulated  for  installations  where unevenness of the substrate or tiles requires application layers tobe up to 20mm thick. It is ideal for installing uneven slate, tiles with deep recessed backs, large ceramic tiles, asit allows proper contact of the adhesive to the substrate.

Davco Floor Bond is classified as C1 when tested in accordance to BS EN standards.

Lanko 133 System with Top coat, is designed for both internal and  external application. The self levelling floor system consist of Lanko 133 Pro Level, and Lanko 133 Top Coat ( Part A, Part B & Part C ).

Lanko 133 Pro Level is a fast set, high strength, cement based,  self levelling compound specially formulated to provide high  flowability and bonding properties necessary for a smooth, level and hard floor topping.

Lanko 133 Top Coat  protects  the  floor  topping  and enhances the floor tone uniformity. Lanko 133 Top Coat also increases the slip, stain  and  abrasion  resistance, enhancing durability and allowing ease in floor cleaning.

Lanko 133 System with  Top  Coat can  be  used  to  repair, fill  or  level surfaces in new construction or flooring repair  works. It  is  suitable  for both internal and external  application. Lanko 133  System with Top Coat is designed as an  overlayment  with  good  anti-slip  and  wearing  resistance.

Lanko 133 Self-Levelling Floor System with Quartz is designed  for  both  internal  and   external  application. Lanko 133  Self  Levelling  System  is  a  3  component  system consisting of Lanko 133 Pro Level, Anti-Slip Grit and Floor Sealer.

Lanko 133 Pro Level is a fast set, high strength, cement based,  self levelling compound specially formulated to provide high  flowability and bonding properties necessary for a smooth, level and hard floor topping.

Lanko 133 Anti-Slip Grit and Lanko 133 Floor Sealer protects the floor  topping  and  gives  it  the  anti-slip properties  and   high   wear  resistance  for  enhanced  durability.
